Terms and Conditions

Reservations are only validated if a deposit of 35% of the total is given ( only for a stay of 3 nights or more, we accept checks and credit cards). The deposit will be kept if the reservation is cancelled without a minimum of 15 days notice. If there is no cancellation the the deposit will pay for 35 % of the stay.

Any night canceled during the stay will be charged.

If this proposition and the terms suite you then please contact us with your agreement, your credit card details, it's expiry date and the 3 last security numbers on the back of the card (if you paying by card) we will then immediately proceed to the transfer or you can choose to pay by check.

Any cancellation will be followed by a 5€ charge.

Breakfast will be charged from July to September regardless whether it has been eaten or not.
